Surrender to the journey from Sound to Silence and from Earth to Ether
Join Taru Tuohiniemi in the Blue Mountains for this all-inclusive boutique retreat: your time out of time to pause, nourish and reconnect with yourself.
Why This Retreat?
If you’re looking to explore or dive deeper into the elements of sound and silence, and earth and ether within yoga, movement and meditation, and open yourself to practices that embrace these elements, this retreat offers you an immersion to the transformative modalities and rituals.
You may be new to yoga or have a regular practice but if your usual yoga studio classes leave you curious and craving for more understanding, embodied experience and exploration of these elements, this retreat is for you.
At the transition point from autumn to winter, we will synchronize with the nature, tapping into the wisdom traditions of ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Time For You
This full weekend experience leaves enough space also for you pause, nourish and reconnect with your inner Self, whether this will be enjoying the Blue Mountains walks and waterfalls, our venue’s in-house spa or simply stay and reflect.
“Taru’s retreats are amazing. The care and love with which Taru leads these retreats is very special. I keep coming back.“
– Jodie Wilson

Hey beautiful soul, I just wanted to say thanks again for the retreat. As I said it was great. But even better is what happened to me after that. My level of energy and joy for life is the best I have experienced in many years. Something magical happened in that place. I feel like a new person. And I love this new person. Please book me for the next one.

“I absolutely loved my second retreat with Taru. As usual, the whole weekend was carefully planned and went so smoothly. I turned up, having rushed from work in Sydney and as I arrived I immediately felt the warmth and serenity of a Taru retreat. The weekend was filled with wonderful yoga classes, beautiful music, peaceful surrounds, delicious food, lovely, caring, thoughtful people to spend time with, time to be alone and time to rejuvenate, reflect and relax. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for a wonderful weekend.”
